Reproduzimos a passagem.

“The largest increases in the unemployment rate in December 2011 were recorded in countries with macroeconomic adjustment needs stemming from a burst housing bubble and/or unsustainable public finances coupled with a lack of structural reforms. Greece, Portugal and Spain account for 95% of the rise in unemployment in the EU since late 2010”.
